which one is better overall, nvagp or agpgart? and how do i make sure that i am using one or the other?

dont know which1 is better (im using agpgart).
to find out whats used have a look into your X logfile (maybe @ /var/log/XFree[something])
in several lines ull find "AGPGART" wherever it has been loaded _________________ void main(){fork();main();} |

Depends on your motherboard. There is a list somewhere where they give different recommendations. I use nvagp, because on my system (kt133 motherboard), I get X lockups if I use agpgart. |
