How can I make a bootable cd-rom for a server?
I would like to have users home-dirs on hd, and have everything else static from the cd just like livecd-isos.
Also I would like to have the original OS on disk for further upgrades and reconfiguring.
Hopefully some of you could give me a easy guide or reference. |

there is "livecd" in portage with which you can apparently make a bootable installation of your own compostion. I read the manfile for that once, but it's quite a litte project to achieve that....
Check it out I would say, (and if fact i am....) |
