ok i know the whole point to gentoo is to compile everything, but my kdelibs and base and messed and i have to rebuild them, but the drawback is my pc sucks bigtime and it took me 5 hours to do base and 6 hours to do libs. is there anywhere i can just get the 3.2 binaries to save me the trouble of recompiling all that.

You can try getting the GRP packages and install those.

i tried the 2004 live cd but it didnt have the newest kde.
