ICS in 2.6.4

I searched around and see all the internet connection sharing support for 2.4x. I took a look on IpMasq websites and how to config kernel but it for 2.4x only and alot of option missing. Please let me know where i can find info on for 2.6.4

Basicly i want to do: 1 comp with 2 nic. 1 nic from cable modem, 1 nic to a hub. and few comp connect to a hub. running development-sources 2.6.4
Fuction: sharing files, ics, etc...

Generally there is no difference in iptables in 2.4 and 2.6 kernels.
