i cant get nvidia to load, i get this error:
Code: | FATAL: Error inserting nvidia (/lib/modules/2.6.5-rc3-mm4/video/nvidia.ko): Invalid module format |
got the same thing with mm1. this is nvidia kernel 5336-r1

To use the nvidia module, you need to back out the 4k-stack-always-on patch and the move-_module-something-something patch. Then recompile your kernel and reemerge the nvidia module.

ah, do i actually need to unpatch, or can i just set CONFIG_4KSTACKS=n?
waiting for some stuff to finish compiling now |

If you don't unpatch it, then you won't have the choice to disable it.
