has anyone seen the following error:

I remember there was a recent update to python, and I wonder if that is the cause of this. Also I should point out that I was running out of space on /usr because the portage folder was huge, so I moved it to a different location and put a softlink in /usr (/usr/portage) I am not sure if that would affect it....i can't see that affecting it. |

Exactly the same here...
I just did a 'emerge rsync', and now I get that errors with every emerge |

My errors happened right after an emerge rsync at 4am May 2nd
