My eMac came the other day.. 1ghz g4, ati vid card 32mb, 512 mb ram
What specific things should i do? I have booted in the PPC livecd, i just am awaiting help. |

there is a good install guide... use it to the best of your extend...

I know that... But I have searched the forums and found that alot of people have had trouble with Gentoo/Linux in general on eMacs.. |

Yes you are correct, som things won't work, an need to be patched, but without people trying we can't get it working.
The gentoo community is famous for it's user base ant that is the beginning of GEntoo's success. Without users postig bugs/bugfixes we can't get it done :p
why not keep the buggar dual booted? like i do (new PB g4) untill all isssues are resolved.
