DGA is part of extmod. You need the following line in the "Module" section of XF86Config-4:
If you don't need all parts of extmod, you can also make it into a subsection an use the "omit" option. Say you want to use all parts of extmod with the exception of DGA. Then you would put the following subsection in the "Module" section:
Code: | SubSection "extmod"
Option "omit XFree86-DGA"
EndSubSection
