Peut être que les dépendances ou le fichier world sont en choucroute ...
1) vérifie que rien n'est cassé avec revdep-rebuild -p
2) fait éventuellement un regenworld (et je sais pas si fixpackages serait utile dans ce cas présent, tu peux toujours essayer aussi)

C'est un bug référencé: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47136.

La solution est de passer à portage-2.0.50-r4.
