I can't get rid of the error message The Application "nautilus" has quit

Unfortunately, nobody's going to really be able to tell what the problem is because gentoo strips the debugging symbols from the stuff it compiles by default. It will probablybe more useful to the Nautilus people (though not necessarily to anyone here) if you recompile nautilus with "nostrip" as part of your FEATURES in /etc/make.conf.
And how/when does it crash? When you do something specifically? When you try to run it at all?

Hi
I've fix it, some how I did a supermount (fstab) on my cdrom....probably that didn't work very well and somehow nautilus wasn't happy with that at all.....
But thanks anyway
