Ciao a tutti
non riesco a far funzionare il tasto AltGr della mia tastiera
non ho quando non so perchè ma non ho più la possibilità di
fare i caratteri tipo @ o #
ho letto diversi post al riguardo e tutte le soluzioni adottate
non hanno risolto la cosa ...
tra l'altro ho altre 2 macchine con gentoo a dispsizione
e nonostante il file di configurazione sia uguale (nella parte che riguarda la
tastiera) non riesco a riattivare sto benedetto tasto
qualche suggerimento

Ammesso che la tastiera funzioni correttamente a livello hardware, che modello è?

la tastiera è una logitech wireless con mouse wireless
AltGr non va ne in console ne in X
leggendo i post vecchi si faceva riferimento anche al kernel
io ho abilitato 8859-15 e in rc.conf ho decommentato la riga
CONSOLETRANSLATION=8859-15 .... |

La console e X utilizzano due modalità completamente differenti per arrivare alla tastiera... sei sicuro che non sia un problema hardware?

Tasto rotto...  Anche se francamente mi sembra improbabile... Coma hai impostato le variabili relative alla tastiera in rc.conf? E in XF86Config?

Potresti provare a modificare il file rc.conf con :
KEYMAP=it
SET_WINDOWSKEYS=yes
#CONSOLETRANSLATION="8859-1_to_uni"
nel file XF86Config :
#Option "XkbVariant" "nodeadkeys" |
