Does anyone know of any (preferably open source) software that performs image enchancement and correction? I have a number of old slides I've inherited from my family, and would like to digitally archive them, as many of them have begun to fall victim of age.
Primarily, I'd like to correct faded images (color loss), lint/mold/"spots" on scanned images, etc. Most software can do the first, but the latter part is a bit more complex...
I'd like to stick to open source software, but if you have any recommendations on other software, let me know. I immensely appreciate any feedback on this question. Thank you! =) |

Yes, I'll look into both of these tools. Part of the problem is it's hard to know if they'll do what I'm looking for. =/ Google time.
Thank you for the suggestions =) |
