Qmail POP3 x Horde IMP

I am configuring a new Qmail server with Horde/IMP webmail interface, and I can't get IMP to connect to local POP3 server.

Network client & localhost POP3 access is OK. IMP can connect to other non-Gentoo POP3 servers. Running tcpdump, I can see POP3 traffic when I try to access local POP3 account with local IMP ou remote IMP installation.

Has someone seen this before?
