Postfix + Virtual users + DSPAM

Spent most of the afternoon going through the virtual mail howto and managed to finally get everything working.

I'm happy with this, but I want to go one step further and attempt to integrate DSPAM into the mix .

I've actually spent roughly the last week researching dspam and testing different setups with different MTA's. I have yet to get it to work at all. I've read just about every howto for postfix/dspam I could find and still nothing works.

I've read that some have gotten this working; would any one of those people mind speaking up and providing a bit of help?

Try out spamassassin first, it works like a charm and can be plugged straight into the MTA if you so desire.

Well the purpose of using DSPAM was specifically to migrate away from SA

I've used SA for a while now, but it's slowly becoming rather useless and allowing users to train the database is rather difficult compared to dspam's ability to use forwarders.

Hmm okay, well report back if you find dspam to perform better than SA!

Personally I only use it for my own accounts, and training it is a matter of feeding it mail for a few eeks, then it practically runs itself.

Did you integrate salearn back into the pipeline ?
