Hi!

I'm trying to install gentoo on embedded board NOVA 7800B from ICP electronics. I chose the diskless install for it's elegance.

When configuring GRUB for PXE booting I can't find my ethernet card in the list of options. The NIC on the embedded board is Intel. Corp. 82801BA/BAM/CA/CAM.

This is the part where I get stuck.
Copied from gentoo howto:
Code:

# ./configure --help
// In the options you will see a list of supported network interface drivers.
// Select the driver compatible with your card. Herein referenced a $nic
# ./configure --enable-diskless --enable-$nic

list of supported NICs:
Code:

  --enable-3c509          enable 3Com509 driver
  --enable-3c529          enable 3Com529 driver
  --enable-3c595          enable 3Com595 driver

I would guess the eepro100 driver would work.
