Dovrei eseguire uno script, qmail-scanner-queue.pl, come utente qmaild.
Ho provato a fare ma mi chiede la pass e io nn la so.
Posso, da utente root, settarne una o si incasina di tutto di piu?

cambi la password a chi vuoi. Comunque se fai il su da root ad altro utente non ti chiede la password.
E se setti il proprietario dello script a qmaild e gli dai il SUID?

Ok ho fatto su da root ma nn cambia utente... è possibile che sia xchè qmaild nn ha di shell?
Io devo solo fare una prova... che faccio? do una shell a qmaild e poi gliela levo? Per fare cio modifico a mano il file /etc/passwd ok?

Molto possibile, praticamente certo... 
Puoi fare anche come ti ho proposto sopra:

# chmod u+s tuoscript
|
Oppure ancora puoi usare sudo.
