DOES IT EXIST? None of the iso live cd's: basic r1-r2; and ut r1; seem to have pcmcia drivers. WHY THEN DOES THE INSTALL GUIDE TALK ABOUT USING insmod pcmcia_core? Get you act together and stop wasting our time. |

hi and WELCOME to the forums ... - thanks for not reading the forum guidelines, especially point 1 and point 2.
- if you would have followed the points outlined above you would know by now that there are more problems than just this one with the rc (release candidate) iso's and that there are other ways to do a clean 1.4 installation - but as you didnt do so, i've wasted my precious time again to write another unnessecary response ... thanks
- so just read this, do as told and you'll be fine
