Install Gentoo by Network

Is it possible to install Gentoo on a PC that don't have floppy disk and no cd-rom ?

I have test to boot with dhc/tftp/pxelinux the initrd and the gentoo file which are on the iso, and it's work, but it's make kernel panic with the STEP 1,2,.. are running

Maye be there is a special linuxrc for that ?

And I can use nfs for that (because it's for a work placement and my boss refuse that)
