Hi,
After recently installing shorewall and mysql i rebooted my Alpha station 233, and I now have a keyboard problem.
Most of the keys work, but when i try to type "\" at the SRM prompt I get a scancode 0x13 not recognised error message. The "#" also has a similar error. I'm running with the 7.09 version of SRM.
I can't boot into linux anymore as i require the "\" key for the root=\dev\sdb1 option.
kbd_hardware_type is set to PCXAL.
Has anyone else seen this problem before, and if so, how do i remedy it?
or is this likely to be an actual hardware failure? I've already tried two different keyboards and had the same results.
