linux sources not present in PIII stage3 tarball gentoo 1.4?

Hello.

I've installed Gentoo 1.4 release candidate. I downloaded the stage3 tarball for the Pentium III.

The Kernel Sources, /usr/src/linux were not included or was not present once the tarball was unpacked.

Though I was able to download the gentoo sources, with no problem and have a fully functional system, the documentation refers to stage3 as making it easy for the user where the kernel sources are included in the stage3 tarball.

thought I would mention it.

I have previously reported this problem as a documentation bug. You can follow the progress of it at https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8072.
