Hi all.

I was wondering if FIrefox has tab support like Netscape n such. So that pages will open under tabs rather than cluttering my desktop with more windows.

Yes, you can right click on a link and click "Open in a new tab" or simply middle click on the link (if you have a wheely mouse)

That's kewl. Only I can't figure out how to find/utilize them.

I've looked thru the Tools/Options but didn't see anything about new windows in tabs rather than windows.

Idea?

Tnx.

Download the tabs extensions and things they left out extension, I believe it's in one of those.

Also, instead of those, you can just ctrl-click a link or do ctrl-t to make a new tab.

Firefox looks like a stripped down version of Mozilla, but it's easier to use and modify.

Can anyone tell me how to change the behaviour of the tabs?

I open a tab by middle button clicking.

I want to be able to middle click on the tab itself to close it.

The default middle click just refreshes the tab (which rarely if ever will need to do......

Thanks

I always recommend people to install the 'tabbrowser extension'. I have found this to be the most valuable extension available to Mozilal/FireFox.
