Hey!

I have a problem with my KMenu. Everytime i change the preferences of the menu (eg adding some apps) it's getting bigger and bigger. if i restart kde, it's small again.

i made 2 screenshots before and after i edited the kmenu:

This happens to me as well.

I found the bug on the KDE site: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77545

The last post says that the bug has been fixed, but provides no information? I don't understand.

Well I just patched it and now I'm compiling. Lets hope it worked. The menu getting huge is really starting to bother me.

Yeah OK that didn't fix it. It just did a really poor job of trying to hide it...

It is a silly little bug, that isn't properly fixed with that patch, I found after an extensive editing session that a simple log-out log-in reverted it back to normal.

Shouldn't have to do it, but it only takes a few seconds. I can feel me going back to fluxbox again...
