Setting error, what is wrong? BTTV based cards

Hey I'm currently building my system with two bt878 based cards in it
one gets autodected the other one dosent, the cards are a PixelView PCTV Pro, and a Leadtek TV2000XP.

The tv2000xp detects fine, the pixelview on the otherhand dosent, so my soulition after discussing things with the guys in the chat room was to add this line to my own name file in my modules.d directory

alias bttv card=37,34 tuner=28,28 radio=1,1

which is the setting for both cards and i run modules-update

after i reboot the system i check the kernel messages with the command dmesg | less

and then i assume the card detection paramarters didnt show up this time as there settings are in manually, when i goto use my radio program to access the radio part of the card, the program cant find the card.

What I want to know is where i've gone wrong and how do I do properly to use the manual settings and register both cards, ie radio0 for the TV2000XP radio tuner, and radio1 for the PixelView radio tuner

Please help me ASAP
