Those with problems using dual-head and ut2k3.

I figured this out tonight. Edit your ut2k3 config file under ~/.ut2003/System/UT2003.ini

In the SDL Client settings set fullscreen to false. You can then start ut2k3 and at any time when it is running you can hit ctrl+g and it will release the mouse. You can then hold down alt and drag the window to wherever you need it. If you hit ctrl+g again ut2k3 will take control of the mouse again.
