Hi,
I have a big problem, I can get my WLAN to work fine with Uberlords scripts, but when I enable WEP on my AP and enables password in my /etc/conf.d/wirless I can't get it to work. It works under windows with the same wep password.
This is the log messages when I don't use WEP and everything works:
Apr 22 22:35:43 tux cardmgr[3649]: socket 0: 3Com 3CRSHPW_96 Wireless LAN PC Card
Apr 22 22:35:44 tux eth1: MAC address 00:04:75:f6:d1:34

Apr 22 22:35:45 tux cardmgr[3649]: + * WARNING: "net.eth1" has already been started.
This is the log messages when I use WEP and it does not works:

Apr 22 22:30:18 tux eth1: MAC address 00:04:75:f6:d1:34

Apr 22 22:30:20 tux eth1: MAC failed to initialise.

Apr 22 22:30:20 tux cardmgr[3649]: + * WARNING: "net.eth1" has already been started.
Please I have tried for months to get this to work with WEP without any luck.
Thanks in advance,

I forgot to write that by using iwconfig I can see that the WLAN card has found the AP in both cases.
Please, so many have these card by looking at the forums posts, someone must have got this to work.
Thanks,
