Según ese extracto de mi dmesg,
qué tan bueno/malo es el rendimiento de mi disco, porque en otra máquina con otro disco me dice UDMA(33) y este UDMA(25).......?

Hola.
De ese extracto apenas se saca nada de valor, lo importante es cómo esté configurado y para eso hace falta hdparm.
Por los foros en español, se ha tratado bastante este tema, por ejemplo aquí.
