Xine emerge Problems

Hi

I have ongoing problems with upgrading xine-lib. The emerge has been failing for sometime. I've tried unmerging xine-ui, dvdnav and xine-lib to start again but it's still failing when I try emerging.

Apologies, there's already a thread open on this problem.

Should have looked properly before posting.

Nope, no go, commenting out the sparc stuff https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=119120 makes absolutely no difference at all. Still getting exactly the same error.

Any ideas?

I've tried loads of stuff. I don't see how it could be the cflags being too optimised either, as I usually use CFLAGS="-march=athlon-xp". I've tried it with CFLAGS="", but that didn't work either.

Try CFLAGS="-O1"
