This does not affect the behaviour of the computer but I'm wondering why it is appearing.

Grepping through the kernel sources reveals that the error is generated by the Brooktree Bt878/Bt879 driver for ALSA. - see the file
Code:
/usr/src/linux/sound/pci/bt87x.c
I was a bit too lazy to figure out the exact cause (the 0x8290 error code consists of a lot of PCI error constants or-ed together - see /usr/src/linux/include/linux/pci.h for them - for example 0x8000 is PCI_STATUS_DETECTED_PARITY). Doesn't look serious through, unless you've been getting a *lot* of them.

I have a lot of messages of this type.

I will see in the kernel options because this is my second install of gentoo with this card (Wintv 2000 Deluxe) and I did not have this kind of message before :(

Thanks :)
