kismet, Gentoo and new orinoco 0.15rc1 drivers

Has anyone gotten kismet to work with orinoco 0.15rc1 drivers? The drivers are supposed to be built with monitor mode, but I do not think it is working. Reverting to the 0.13e patch driver is not an option since I need 0.15 driver to work with xsupplicant to use networking at my office.
