I have a NEC e313 3:d generation cellphone.
and on that I have a digital camera, with wich I can take pictures and short movies.
Is ther any drivers for that one to Linux?
The only thing I need is to be able to DL the images and movies on it that I take.
I know that you can use it to connect to internet with "GPRS Easy Connect"
But that app. dose not seam to suport what I want. (to get the images and movieclips from it)
Anyone who know of any solution to my need? |

how does this phone connect to the PC? if it uses usb, you might check the usb devices. Unless you down for some hacking and coding, there's probably nothing that will work. I assume you have searched the web. _________________ The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon into blood... |

Yes it connects through USB.
and Yes I have searched the web, no luck
I asume the only way would be to by a Memorystick to the phone and a memorystick bridge to the computer, and mount it. |

I've had USB devices appear as a SCSI disc. Have you checked into that? _________________ The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon into blood... |

Iv herd of MP3 players and alike can be mounted as a SCSI driver, but I have no idea what so ever what filesystem it uses, and so on. |

It probably uses some kind of FAT fs - Probably FAT12, maybe FAT16. If you have it compiled into your kernel or as a module, it should detect it. Though, if it could be something else.
Can you see the device using: lsusb
You me also able to find info with: less /proc/bus/usb/devices _________________ The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon into blood... |
