Multisync use flags

According to www.multisync.org there is a Palm plugin for Multisync. The problem is that I have not found out how to get this plugin when I emerge Multisync. I know there are some custom USE-flags for Multisync, but i can't see which would get me Palm support.

There are some ebuilds in bugs.gentoo.org that enable palm support, but they still aren't incorporated in the portage tree.
