sto cercando d ricompilare il kernel ma mi da questo errore appena digito make menuconfig

si lò sò che se faccio genkernel all funziona ma io volevo configurare il kernello a manina cosi da poter usare le funzioni del bootsplash e vedere se risolvo il problema della mia scheda video

Stai ricompilando da terminale sotto X? Aumenta le dimensioni della finestra e riprova...

ma dai che minchia** mi e bastato mettere la shell in full screen e funziona............
come mai sto errore me lò sai spiegare????cmq grazie e risolto ora edito il post

Semplicemente l'interfaccia di menuconfig richiede una dimensione minima per il terminale per poter funzionare, che sarebbero 80 colonne e 19 righe come spiegato.
La dimensione normale per il terminale è di 80 colonne e 24 (o 25) righe.
