How to set CD covers in folders for Nautilus

I have several albums ripped into ogg. I also have the covers of the cds. I want to place the covers in the directories with the files and the Icon of the folder set to the CD cover. I know that I can do this manually dragging the image to the info sidepanel. But, is there an automatic way ?, specially if I reinstall gnome ort nautilus , I don't want to have to doit again.

Try muine. It's a really nice GNOME audio player written in C#. It automatically loads your album cover images from the directory, or it will download them from amazon.com if there is none available. note: it requires mono.
