Hey!
Again a bootstrap problem!

#scripts/bootstrap.sh

When it tries to get download files it gives me

resolving ........ host not found

/etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 172.16.1.2

Which is the name of the nameserer on the network!!!

Anyone have a solution to this ?

Can you ping it?

I dont have the ping command after I have done the chroot ?
Neither can I do an ifconfig.

An a bounch of other stuffs are missing to.....
So i cant control that.

But I cheched the IP, and I could ping other machines on the network before doing an chroot....

Well while im stuck with the resolv problem im trying to do an emerge-webrsync !

theres no status that is running, but either is it giving me an fault.

Is it running or not ?
Any ideas how long this might take if it is running...

Im totally stuck here. And I have tried to do a clean install from sratch a "mill" times...

Another problem. I can't ping the proxy server (ISA) by name....

But pinging the IP works like a charm!
