Strange Firefox printing problem

For some reason when I print a page in firefox it leaves out all the text on the page which makes printing anything pretty useless. I tried creating a new profile and I tried it with another user and it still happens. Printing works fine with other apps so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Anyone have any ideas?

does it print images fine? or just nothing?

It prints images fine.

Anyway I think I fixed it. I changed font.freetype2.printing to false in about:config. Now it prints text fine.

cool, i was gonna suggest checking the print drivers
