I have seen that import_mp3,so doesn't exist.
USE="mp3" emerge transcode
and lets see if this works. Any other suggestion?

Try putting mpeg and encode in your USE var. emerge -pv transcode will tell you which USE flags the ebuild uses (and mp3 isnt a valid one in this case). |

Yeah It didn't work. Didn't know -v to check USE flags, thats handy!
I am trying your suggestion. Thanks mate.
