|
|
Just installed KDE on my brand new box running gentoo 1.4 and everything works great. Well, almost everything. When I tried to apply a new theme that required building from source I got this message:
*** YOU'RE USING Autoconf version 2.13.
*** KDE requires autoconf 2.52 or 2.53
make[1]: *** [cvs] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
so, I figured I should just emerge autoconf (which was already done during gentoo base install), and I installed autoconf 2.53a and still:
gekka@lunix keramik $ autoconf --version
Autoconf version 2.13
What's up with that, and how do I fix it? |

Try setting the envariable WANT_AUTOCONF_2_5 to 1. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
