Anyone into this game? I'm really enjoying it, 2nd lieutenant now, I'm on the "Radar base" mission now. Can't get past this one though, I'm all alone, my target is a radar base and there's a half dozen fighters after me. Any hints?

yeah, stay low and the radar tower wont notice you and you wont be followed by any fighters. Or maybe that was some other map.

No, that was a different one. I still can't get past that mission, there are too many of the fighters. But I cheated to see what's coming next and some of the missions that follow are easier than this one.

Try going to 50% of speed and close to the ground (very low) and then if u feel that ur chased or the need to chase accelerate to 100% speed do a loop if ur chased or just fly low to the neares mountains and at the last second pull up fast and then turn to 10% trust and go down and low

Repeat several times depending on the amount and smartness of the enemys

I haven't played it in a 2 weeks but this is the strategy that I always use in those situations.

Or you can do 100% thrust forwars (making zig zags to avoid fire) get to the radar switch to slow speed go low and FIRE AWAY AT THE BASE
