Where are the hardened GRP images, i've had a look through the list of mirrors and can't find any

As far as I know, they don't exist. There is a hardened stage1 tarball, so you can create a hardened system by doing a stage 1 install.

Hmm, well, I haven't seen them, but then I haven't seen the GRP packages for 2004.1 yet either on the mirrors. You could ask one of the developers on irc #gentoo-hardened.
