I have a dual boot system. The windows is broken and I have to re-install it. If I do that, will the windows overwrite the boot loader so that I will not be able to select to boot into gentoo? Your advices are appreciated. |

After you've installed Windows, boot up off the Gentoo LiveCD and just set up your normal bootloader again. _________________ Jingle Jangle Jewellery |

Thanks. I got it work by using the "repair" function of Windows. The windows works, without destroying the master boot record. So everything is fine now. Thanks. |
