My gentoo server is very slow now,I do not know which is the problem.
if any one know how to test the Cpu,Mem,Network,application's performance.

slow at what? Hard drive access? network connection? screen refresh?
There are plenty of apps that will show you utilization of cpu etc; for cpu usage the console command "top" is good; a nice graphical method of viewing all of the pertinent pieces of data is to use superkaramba or gkrellm.

hex4def6 is right. Top, well actually top, will tell you what processes are using how much process time. You can hit "m" for memory or "p" for processor depending on which you need. You do not need a GUI for it either. Works on anything including servers.

Post if you find out what is eating the process time.
