anyone use spackle?

Hi Does any use spackel with rrd tools? I am having some issues with it when I call up the admin.php page it gives me the following warning...Fatal: couldn't create 'rrd' directory -- check INSTALL

'mkdir(rrd): Permission denied' in /home/spackle/public_html/html/admin.php:54.

and if I run the scirpt that comes with it to generate the graphs I get this error...
