Portage tells me I have like 50+ config files to update in my /etc, which is fine except I don't know which 50+. There's only 10 or so of those ._cfg files. How can I just tell it to spit out a list of files that need updating? _________________ "I know it's only rock and roll but I like it." |

Away from my Gentoo box at the moment, but doesn't:
Code: | emerge --help config |
tell you how to get that info?

Yeah. I never bothered to take the line find /etc -iname '._cfg????_*' seriously. I guess the ._cfg files occur in more places than just the top level /etc dir. Thnx. _________________ "I know it's only rock and roll but I like it." |
