Is anyone else becoming increasingly irritated by the large number of Gentoo Linux Security Announcements on gentoo-announce?
I understand that gentoo-announce is the one mailing list that all Gentoo users ought to subscribe to - important issues that affect everyone. Do we really have to be bombarded with 5 GLSAs in one day then? Give that GLSAs all appear on the forums anyway, it seems a bit excessive to also mail them to everyone automatically.
I would prefer to see separate lists for important Gentoo announcements (i.e. low traffic) and GLSAs. |

How about piping the GLSA messages to a specific folder in your e-mail client? Which you can review at will. |

How about having GLSAs on a separate mailing list from other announcements? That should please everyone. |
