Hola!
Estaba intentando instalar el freecraft, pero no puedo. En un primer momento, use el emerge:
Y me pidio que bajara las fuentes de la web principal: http://www.freecraft.org/, por motivos con rollos del nombre y la empresa blizzard, la web estaba un poco off, pero te daba un link para descargartelo de la siguiente web: http://home.earthlink.net/~pappy86312/downloads/download.htm
Y descargue el fichero: http://home.earthlink.net/~pappy86312/downloads/freecraft-030311-src.tar.gz
Lo copie en el /usr/portage/distfiles y volvi a emerger el freecraft y todo funciono correctamente.
Pero cuando ejecuto el freecraft me dice lo siguiente:

the data files from the Warcraft CD.
To install off the warcraft CD do this:
1 mount the cd at /mnt/cdrom
2 run the script /usr/share/games/freecraft/tools/build.sh

He intentado emerger el freecraft-fcmp pero no existe, por lo que me baje la versión para windows, y intente emularla con el wine. La instalacion fue correcta pero no me funciona el juego:

Tengo entendido que hace tiempo los propios creadores de freecraft tuvieran una movida bastante gorda con los de blizzard.
Antes no era tan complicado jugar al freecraft ese. Supongo que ahora pedirán los ficheros originales del CD del Warcraft I.
Acabo de encontrar esta noticia googleando por ahi. |

Confirmado, bajándote lo que te dije ahí arriba funciona 
Guárdalo a buen recaudo, jeje, cada vez se pone más caro el freecraft
