mpeg4ip 1.1 released with amd64 support

mpeg4ip 1.1 is now in the tree and will compile/work properly on amd64. however... faad2 is still broken and wont compile when mpeg4ip is installed.

still, if you need some mp4/m4a/aac goodness, mpeg4ip 1.1 is here

I had this problem as well but I needed mpeg4ip and faad2 together. After searching the developer forums of these packages I found a patch for faad2 which compiled here on x86: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58288
