I have a printer attached to an otc print server. I also have a fileserver running samba. I want for samba to be the middle man between a client and the print server. I'm doing this because some of the windows workstations are having problems running IPP; so with fileserver I could just use the LPR/LDP protocols. I know this is possible, because I've had a similiar setup running SME linux (from e-smith) , but I didn't save the configs... so I can't figure out how to do this.
regards,

nvm I figured it out. Just had to set the printer as using raw; and just add it's name in the samba config. whoot, works wonderfully now =\.
didn't think it would be that easy *sigh...* |
