I finally got my system up and running, but there is a step in the installation guide i skipped: loading extra modules in kernel!
What modules should i load? Im using a newworld g3... |

Eh... what kind of modules you should load? This really depends on what parts of the kernel you have compiled as modules, and if they aren't already loaded by something else. The only modules I load explicitly are ip_conntrack_ftp and ip_conntrack_irc. All the other iptables modules are loaded implicitly because of the rules. Filesystem modules are loaded automatically when you try to mount a fs that needs them. USB-modulesare also loaded on demand I think. I have most things compiled in unless I use them very rarely. _________________ God, root... what's the difference? |
