Every boot, the system clock is changed randomly and I can't find a solution for this problem.

My hwclock is set to UTC an my swclock is set to 'Europe/Vienna'. When I set the hw/sw-clock maually, after a shutdown the clock is still correct in the bios. But after booting the time's suddenly wrong again.

I'm using kernel 2.6.7-gentoo-r6 on a Dell Inspiron 4100.

Any Ideas?

cheers, Karl
