Openldap and NTLM

Hi,

I would like to know if someone know how to setup openldap to support NTLM auth?

I have installed openldap with samba as a PDC, i have them working together...

But now i want to setup openldap to support NTLM in order for me to use NTLM Auth with Thunderbird or InternetExplorer for the proxy...

My mail client is courier-imap and can be changed to Cyrus-Imapd if needed, and my proxy is Squid...

Thanks for any help, i have now terrible headheache trying to make it working...
